About Us
The Access Services Department promotes and provides access to the collections of the UNT Libraries. The department is composed of the Circulation and Interlibrary Loan units. As part of the Public Services Division, we strive to meet the information needs of library patrons through the services we offer:
- Checkout of materials
- Course reserves
- Fines collection
- Distance learning
- Interlibrary loan
- Library card access
- Library materials delivery
- Research Assistance and Ask Us services
Desk
The primary point of contact for most services offered by Access Services is the Willis Library Service Desk, located at the entrance of Willis Library on the First Floor. Additional service desks, offering similar services are:

- Media Library Service Desk - offers specialized services

Service desks begin closing procedures 10 minutes before the building or posted hours. Hours are subject to change without notice. Always call ahead when traveling a long distance.
