About this Event

Could your thesis or dissertation topic be hiding in the archives? Do you need access to rare books and manuscripts for your research? Or maybe you are just curious about what treasures are held in the library’s vault!

Join this workshop for an overview of unique and non-circulating holdings at the UNT Libraries. We will discuss our major collecting areas, how to use finding aids, how to search the catalog for rare books and how to set up a patron account to request archives and rare books for use in the reading room. We will conclude with a tour of the library Special Collections department.

This workshop is brought to you by the Toulouse Graduate School and the UNT Libraries.
