About this Event

Join W. Michael Cox, founding director of the O’Neil Center for Global Markets and Freedom at SMU, and David McNally, Cullen Distinguished Professor of History and Business at the University of Houston, for UNT’s annual Constitution Day discussion. This year we debate the differences between capitalist and socialist economic systems. Which system will sustain economic wellbeing and improve social welfare in the United States?

The session will be recorded and archived in the UNT Digital Library for later viewing. Limited seating will be available to students and staff who RSVP in advance. Reserve your seat at bit.ly/ConstitutionDaySignup.

This event is sponsored by the UNT Department of Political Science, UNT Honors College, Eagle Commons Library: Government Information Connection, and the UNT Libraries.
