Michael Cox, founding director of the O’Neil Center for Global Markets and Freedom at SMU, and David McNally, Cullen Distinguished Professor of History and Business at the University of Houston, for UNT’s annual Constitution Day discussion. This year we debate the differences between capitalist and socialist economic systems. Which system will sustain economic wellbeing and improve social welfare in the United States?
