About Us
The Cataloging and Metadata Services Department creates and maintains the accuracy of the records in the Online Catalog for the General Collection for a variety of materials - books, DVDs, online resources, streaming media, streaming audio, maps, and posters. The department also maintains information about UNT’s collection in the OCLC WorldCat system which Interlibrary Loan uses to lend and borrow materials. The department’s Mission, Vision, and Values reflect their aims and dedication to users.
