To obtain this special rate, please identify yourself as an attendee of the ACIR Federal Mandates Conference. The cutoff date for the registrations at this special rate is February 12. Because of the strong demand for this conference, we suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible.

The Washington Hilton requires a first night's pre-paid deposit on all reservations. Checks, money orders, or major credit cards can be sued to establish prepayment. All credit cards can be used to establish prepayment. All credit cards used as first night's prepayment will be charged immediately. Reservations can be canceled prior to 72 hours of arrival without penalty.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:

Preregistration payments must be postmarked on or before February 28, 1996. On site registrations will be accepted (please call 703-883-9363 to reserve a space). Cancellations received on or before February 28 will be accepted subject to a cancellation fee of $95.00. Conference registration fees will not be refunded after February 28. Registrants canceling after February 28 will receive audio cassettes of the conference sessions. Substitute registrants will be accepted from the same organization.
