Highlights of specific items in the collections:

National Society Sons of the American Revolution
Delegate's Badges

Throughout the first half of the 20th century, delegates and their families attending the Annual Congresses of the Sons of the American Revolution would receive ornate badges to wear as name-badges, and as souvenirs of the Congress. 

These badges were donated to the TXSSAR Archives in memory of B. Rice Aston, past President General of the Sons of the American Revolution, and honored Texas Compatriot. 

The group consists of four badges:

1931: Asbury Park, New Jersey

1931: Charlotte, North Carolina

1932: Washington D.C.

1934: Baltimore, Maryland
