Student Volunteer Assignment

______________ will perform the following work assignments under my supervision:

1. Prepare a special project which is agreed upon after consulting with the Director of Consumer Affairs.



2. Assist staff with other assignments, as needed.

An attendance record will be maintained in my office. I will also maintain a performance record. Reports on work performance record. Reports on work performance will be provided on request in accordance with the volunteer service agreement.

The student volunteer must observe the standards of conduct that apply to employees of my office.
