The links in the left sidebar of several of the ICPAC pages originally referred to Web pages at the DOJ Antitrust Division site, which is still active at http://www.usdoj.gov/atr/.  The ICPAC completed their work and disbanded in the spring of 2000.  The content of all reports and publications of the ICPAC are contained in this research collection.
