Authorizing Legislation

Section 305 of the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary and related agencies appropriations act, 1998 provided for the Commission on Structural Alternatives for the Federal Courts of Appeals. The bill became Public Law 105-119 on November 26, 1997
