Hearings to consider S. 2925, the Government Economy Reform Act of 1976 to: Require reauthorization or termination of all Federal programs every four years, with the exception of health care and retirement services programs funded through trust funds. Establish a schedule for Government programs reauthorization over a four-year cycle, specifying functional groups of programs to be examined each year.
