| DESCRIPTION: Section 1032 monies may be used for a variety of recreational trails programs to benefit pedestrians and other nonmotorized and motorized road users. Projects must be consistent with a Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan required by the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act. Each State Governor designates the agency responsible for administering these funds within the State. |
