We added the Corps of Engineers project on WALKER, the Sidewalk Management System which we had forgotten. The 1997 total of $395,000 could be reduced by delaying some of the work orders and the model development, which will be done through the Center's work programs as special projects. Also, I [Gary White] have tried to estimate on the high side for this year to make sure we have enough. If these projects, especially the full and open competition ones, do not make it to contract until the very end of the year, their expenditures during FY 1997 will be very minimal.
